Cancellation Policy

Fees: AED 1,500 Payment: Monthly in advance Sessions • Number of Sessions: • Frequency: (45 min for each session). • Schedule: (Times & Dates will be collected by the client within 3 months. • Procedure: Client will call the coach at pre-arranged times. Re-scheduling or cancellations of appointments should be done at least 48 hours before planned date. Less notice and the coach are at liberty to charge the client for the full session. • Extra Time: You may e-mail or call me between scheduled sessions if you have a problem or want to share a success with me. • Problems: If I ever say or do anything in a session that you don’t feel comfortable with or if you have any concern with the way we are working, please let me know as soon as possible. For our work together to be effective, you have to be honest with me. • Confidentiality: The coach recognises that anything the client shares with them is regarded confidential, whether it is business or personal information. The coach undertakes not to, at any time, (unless required to do so by law), either directly or indirectly, use or disclose any information the client shares with them during their sessions. For further details regarding this please refer to the Code of Ethics. • Legalities: The coach will maintain their professional indemnity insurance and compliance with regard to the Data Protection Act and the clients’ details. • Nature of Coaching: The client is aware that the coaching is in no way to be construed as psychological counselling or any type of therapy. Coaching results are not guaranteed. The client enters into the coaching with the full understanding that they are responsible for creating their own results. • The sessions will be recorded solely for the purpose of educational analysis. • At the conclusion of the coaching sessions, we kindly request that you provide a testimonial sharing your experience. • Client has read and agreed the above.
